| Mine, Quarry |
Refers to current mining and quarrying operations. Some locations are mined continuously and others are mined periodically as stock piles are depleted or a particular rock-type or mix of rock is required. |

| Processing Plant |
Refers to value-added processing operations.
Generally, processing involves more than the first stage of crushing and screening normally associated with a basic mining or quarrying operation. |

| Prospect/Development |
Refers to a mineral project where the intent is to identify economically viable mineral reserves, processing plant, products and market(s). This catagory also includes the development and construction phases of a feasible mineral
operation. In some situations such as, the extraction of bulk samples for market testing or infrequent mining to provide a supplementary feedstock, etc., intermittent cash flows may be generated. |
