Due to the addition of caveats to most of the parcels offered for disposition on July 16, 2008, the entire Notice of Public Tender is being reprinted.

The changes affect caveats only.  There are no changes to the tract descriptions or the petroleum and natural gas rights offered.

Please discard your previous version of the Notice of Public Tender for July 16, 2008.
