        from Drilling Licences to Petroleum and Natural Gas Lease parcels.

There are no changes to the tract descriptions, petroleum and natural gas rights,
         notes/conditional caveats, and fees associated with parcels 58765, 58766, 58767,
         58768, 58769, 58770, 58771 and 58772.

The Term for parcels 58765, 58766, 58767, 58768, 58769, 58770, 58771 and 58772
         changes from three (3) years to five (5) years.

The Rent Per Hectare for parcels 58765, 58766, 58767, 58768, 58769, 58770, 58771
         and 58772 changes from $3.50 to $7.50
