Lower Mainland Construction Aggregates Demand Study Background

In 1996 the Ministry called for a study to explain and forecast demand for sand, gravel and crushed stone, used as construction aggregates in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. The study was never completed in total, however, in answer to the many requests for information from this study, the following manuscripts are available as PDF files through the web links below.
